Academic years
Classes can be attached to academic years such as 26-27, 27-28 and 28-29, keeping cohorts separated over time.
Exam folders
Organise question sets into folders such as GCSE, A Level, Y12, End of Topic, mocks or any structure your school uses.
Sharing without student data
A department can share an exam/question set with another class while that class keeps its own students, marks, predictions and notes.

Designed for future expansion
The database already provides room for school-level accounts, account levels, plans and feature flags. Pro/billing/API features are intentionally disabled until they are implemented.
