Beta License Policy

1. Beta access
A beta release is provided for evaluation and testing. Beta access may be free, limited or invitation-only and does not create a promise of continued availability.
2. Beta features
Beta users may receive access to experimental features such as reporting, templates, XLSX workflows and DOCX generation. Features may change or be removed during development.
3. Feedback
Users may report defects and suggestions. Do not submit confidential student information in bug reports unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
4. Stability and data
Beta software may contain defects. Maintain independent backups and do not use a beta release as the sole copy of important assessment records.
5. Termination
Beta access may end at any time. Continued use after a beta period may require a production licence or paid plan if one is introduced.
